All orders receive a complimentary review prior to approval & submission to look for possible errors such as improper wording, incorrect etiquette and other aspects & to remind you of things that may have been overlooked. However, please make sure to review your entire order very carefully before submitting. We will not be responsible for customer input errors after the order has been submitted.

Payment Options
You may choose any payment method presented at any of the payment screens. Regardless of your choice, you will be contacted to arrange payment.

Credit card: You may choose to enter your credit card information at the payment screen, however, it is not necessary because a PayPal Money Request will be sent from The Invitation Place to the email address you provide in order to make the credit card payment (NO PayPal account set-up is required by you, the customer). Once your payment has been received the order can be released. Most major credit cards are accepted as well as bank transfers.

Cash, Check or Money Order - You may mail or drop off a check or money order to The Invitation Place, 2676 Rattan Ct., Grandville, MI 49418. Once your payment is received the order can be released. If using this method you may choose to pay in full upon ordering or you may pay 1/2 when the order is placed & 1/2 when you pick up the order. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.


Shipping Options
If you are in the surrounding Grand Rapids area, you may choose to enter The Invitation Place address as the shipping address if you prefer that your order is checked for complete accuracy. It will be reviewed carefully piece by piece & counted to be sure that everything is in order. Once it is checked through and there are no problems, you will then be contacted & will need to pick up your order from the Grandville home office.


*15% Discount restrictions
The 15% discount advertised applies to most invitation ensembles. Excludes Seal-n-Sends, Sep-n-Sends, Simply Sensible Budget Packages, Photo Invitations & other photo products, Blank Stock for DYI project, budget invitations (usually indicated by a heart symbol) and other licensed products.

10% discount applies to most accessory products.


Assembly Services
Invitation orders arrive unassembled. If you will be picking up your order instead of having it shipped directly to your address, assembly services are offered at 40 cents per step. Please call or email for a quote. Example: for a Pocket style invitation - 1 step would be adhere top layer card to bottom layer card; 1 step would be adhere bottom layer to pocket; 1 step would be assemble inserts into pocket flap; etc etc.

Catalog Requests
We do not produce mail-order catalogs. See "Samples".

Foreign Languages
We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.

Making Changes
If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call 616-291-1199 immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

Order Cancellation
$15.00 Service Fee for each part of your order you request to cancel. If order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.

Ordering More
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.

Rushes
Because our production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery.

Samples
Please contact me before ordering samples online. It can take 2 weeks to receive samples ordered directly online.Please email first as most times a sample can be provided much faster vs. ordering directly online. Most, but not all of the selections online are available for viewing by appointment if you are local to Grand Rapids, MI. Please feel free to email or call with any particular invitation(s) that interests you to find out.

If you would like to orderdirectly  online, please be advised it can take 10-14 business days.

Shipping
Most orders ship between 24-72 hours after the order is approved & released by The Invitation Place. Notifications of pending orders placed online are emailed to us once per day at 4 am but if you would like to expidite your order as fast as possible, please call or email to inform us that you have placed an order. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level. For an expedited shipping service, please indicate method on shipping screen.
